Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bisvua.
Because we sell food products, special conditions apply to returns and refunds in order to maintain the highest safety and quality standards.

Returns

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food products once they have left our facility. This includes all perishable goods, opened or unopened, to ensure that no returned item is resold or reused. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 75 Harrison St, Little Falls, Township, NJ, 07424

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at [email protected] if:

  • Your order arrives damaged,

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • The product is defective or unsafe for consumption.

We may request photos of the item and packaging for quality control and shipping claims. If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All food products are non-returnable once shipped.

  • We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible for food items. If an issue occurs with your order, we will resolve it by sending a replacement or refunding your purchase.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
