Shipping Policy
At Bisvua, we are committed to delivering your premium kataifi and pistachio cream products fresh and in perfect condition. As food items, our products require careful handling and packaging to maintain quality during transit.
1. Shipping Availability
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please contact us at [email protected] for availability, rates, and customs information. Note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak periods (e.g., holidays or high-demand seasons), processing may take up to 5 business days.
We will notify you via email if there is any delay.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (continental US).
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier, location, and external factors (e.g., weather, customs for international orders).

4. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: On all orders over $50 within the United States.
Orders under $50: A flat shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout based on weight and destination).
Shipping rates for bulk/wholesale orders or international destinations will be provided upon request or at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order is canceled before shipment.

5. Packaging for Food Products
Our kataifi (dried/roasted) and pistachio cream are shelf-stable when unopened, but we use special protective packaging to prevent damage, moisture exposure, or crushing during transit:

Vacuum-sealed or airtight packaging where applicable.
Insulated boxes with temperature-maintaining materials if needed (especially for warmer regions or seasons).
Secure padding to protect fragile kataifi strands.

We are not responsible for quality issues caused by extreme temperatures or prolonged delays by the carrier after the package leaves our facility.
6. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged).
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
For damaged or spoiled products (upon receipt), see our Refund Policy for return/replacement options. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

8. Important Notes

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Double-check your address at checkout.
In the rare event of a carrier delay or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), delivery times may be extended.
